Inspiration

Joshua Philip Williams was born on August 7, 1985.  He died in a snowboarding accident on January 21, 2002.   The Joshua P. Williams Foundation has been established in his memory.  It recognizes the valuable role community, family, leadership and teamwork play in the lives and development of our youth and the significance of active participation by parents and the family in activities children choose to be involved with.

The Joshua P. Williams Foundation is also a celebration.  It celebrates a life that positively impacted others.  Josh is remembered for a giving spirit, kindness, leadership, effort, achievement, a quiet countenance, faith, friendship, integrity, and finally...a smile.

The hope of this Foundation is to support the programs that gave rise to that character.
